How to use our Discord trading bot

1 - Register

Register on 4trades.io with your Discord - that way both your accounts will be connected (Discord & 4trades) and all your data will be saved in our platform for rankings, trading journal and future updates.

2 - Joining

Go to Discord Server where 4trades.io Bot is connected and use command from drop-down menu:

/join-4trades

That way you will be registered in our database and you can start making your first trades, which you can read about in the next steps.

3 - Wallet

Before you start trading you might to want to check your actual live balance of your paper wallet. To do that just use the command:

/balance

You should see your balance of $50,000 Paper Funds if that was the first thing you did.

4 - Trade orders

Long

Let’s take a moment about creating trades.

The first thing you will be interested is for sure the option to Long any coin. To do that use the command:

/long

To fully execute that command you need to add details like:

  • coin - name of the coin pair you want to long
  • leverage - from X1 - X20
  • size - your order size in $
  • price - buying price to execute your order
  • tp - Take-Profit price
  • sl - Stop-Loss price


You can see it in this example:



Short

The next thing is the opposite direction of long, so short. To do that use the command

/short

To fully execute that command you need to add details like:

  • coin - name of the coin pair you want to long
  • leverage - from X1 - X20
  • size - your order size in $
  • price - buying price to execute your order
  • tp - Take-Profit price
  • sl - Stop-Loss price


You can see it in this example:



5 - Market orders

You can execute trades based on market price by using special commands for that.

Long

/market-long

To fully execute that command you need to add details like:

  • coin - name of the coin pair you want to long
  • leverage - from X1 - X20
  • size - your order size in $
  • tp - Take-Profit price
  • sl - Stop-Loss price


You can see it in this example:



Short

/market-short

To fully execute that command you need to add details like:

  • coin - name of the coin pair you want to long
  • leverage - from X1 - X20
  • size - your order size in $
  • tp - Take-Profit price
  • sl - Stop-Loss price

6 - Open orders

List

To check your open order list you can use the command:

/orders



Cancel

To cancel all your open orders just use the command:

/cancel



To cancel one specific order use the command with details:

/cancel coin NAME

Like in this example:



7 - List of active trades

To check your live trades you can use the command:

/positions

8 - Closing active trades

To close your live trade without waiting for the Take-Profit trigger you can use the command:

/close coin NAME

It will close your trade with the current price on the market and calculate your PNL based on that.

9 - Detailed position

To check the details of your active trade you can use the command:

/position-details coin NAME

Like in this example:

10 - Rankings

In 4trades.io you can find three rankings specified by:

Server Ranking

It will show the ranking of users who take part in trading only from the server where the command was used:

/server-ranking



Global ranking of traders

This is a ranking of all users connected from all other servers. This is the main ranking for any official competition that will be held by 4trades.

/4ts-ranking



Community (Servers) Ranking

This is a ranking of all connected communities (servers) with the 4trades Bot. Thanks to that we can create a trading league of the communities.

/community-ranking



11 - Trading Journal

Every user from the first trade on will have their own Trading Journal - where you can check your history of trades, your statistics and also update your social profile for others to see. You can add your social media links and your bio. Your trading journal is something that will help other users get to know you better. Also thanks to that you can build up your name as a trader around crypto space.
